That’s perfectly fine! This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to holistic wellness or have some experience, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance and personalized support throughout the journey.
You’ll need about 1.5–2 hours per week. This includes your 30-minute coaching session, time for your weekly lesson, and implementing the actionable steps. Plus, any additional time you spend with the recipes, journaling, or meditations is entirely up to you.
Energy readings are a holistic tool used to assess and align your energy. They are not aligned with any specific religion, but focus on emotional and energetic insights to enhance your overall well-being.
The meal plans are flexible and designed to cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions. If you have specific needs, I’ll work with you to ensure they align with your preferences, while adhering to your individual wellness protocol.
Life happens and that’s okay! If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for both of us. Your progress is my priority, and I’m here to support you. However, no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled call) without prior notice cannot be rescheduled, as it's important to honor both our time and the commitments of other clients.
